Goal: Launch de_DE, fr_FR, and en_GB (or any locales) with consistent terminology — AI speed, human tone.

Steps

1. Configure locales — IAM / locale APIs; map channels to locale sets.
2. Mark translatable attributes — titles, descriptions, bullets (not SKU codes).
3. Glossary — brand terms and banned phrases in AI Control Center.
4. Bulk translate — Content Studio job per locale with review queue.
5. Zen AI spot-check — sample 5% per category for tone.
6. Completeness per locale — separate scores per channel profile.
7. Syndicate — export profiles include locale mappings.
