Claude.ai integration

Connect claude.ai to hosted CataZenta MCP — no local connector required.

Prerequisites

• Claude plan with integrations/connectors
• MCP URL: https://api.catazenta.com/mcp
• CataZenta account with MCP enabled

Setup

1. Sign in to claude.ai.
2. Settings → Integrations (or Connectors).
3. Add MCP server / Custom connector.
4. Enter the MCP URL:

   https://api.catazenta.com/mcp

5. Complete OAuth sign-in when prompted.
6. Enable the connector in a new chat.

Verify

List my product families.

You should see tool usage such as list_product_families or search_products.

Troubleshooting

Issue	What to try
Stuck on “Connecting”	Confirm MCP URL with your CataZenta contact
OAuth errors	Use the same email as your PIM account; clear cookies and retry
Empty results	Check tenant access and catalog permissions
